Coordinators are to register and pay their registration balance BEFORE attending the summit or will be asked for a payment onsite. Once the summit ends, the number of stakeholders brought by each coordinator are calculated. TEP will reimburse those coordinators that bring the required number of local stakeholders for discounts.
*** Local Coalition Stakeholder Special Discounted Rate - This rate is only for small local and regional companies that are stakeholders of a local or regional Clean Cities Coalition. It is not for representatives of larger, national or international companies. The registrant must list the local Coalition when registering in order to take advantage of this special discounted rate.
Cancellation requests received prior to January 15, 2020 will incur a penalty of $25.
After January 15, 2020 cancellations will incur a penalty of $100.
