TRAVEL STIPENDS FOR CLEAN CITIES COALITION STAFF: Only one traveler per coalition will be assigned a travel stipend. Guests must stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel in the EIS room Block. The group rate is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed for any reservations made after Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 4pm EST.

TEP Members: 1 room night for CCC guests located in eastern and central time zones & 2 room nights for CCC located in mountain and pacific time zones.

TEP Non-Members: There is no travel stipend for non-members.

Reservations in the group block can be cancelled without penalty on or before January 17, 2025. After that date, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night room rate will be charged to the credit card on file.
